- Diplomat (Quartermaster), mainly for skills. It knows how to run a kitchen.
- Commander (Figurehead)(Tactician)

I'd look to the following abilities.
Inspiring Rhetoric, Improved Inspiring Rhetoric, Confidence, Speaks Binary, Field Commander, Improved Field Commander, Coordinated Assault, Side-Step, and Knowledge Specialization (Cooking)

Using IIR, IFC and Speaks Binary together would make it a fearsome commander of droid troops. Some otherwise lousy security droids would suddenly become a force to be reckoned with, with lots of advantage over regular droids.

As an intellectual, you can actually skip it's brawn stats, add a cyber-brain and you could have a starting block at least BRA 1, AGI 2, INT 2(3), Cun 3, Wil 2, Pre 4 more if you want.
Basically have it as a regular kitchen/protocol droid expanded into new areas of expertise.
