Summer Kits announced | Kayn and Sabs
Now that Kayn card... that is some AWESOME artwork! Not to mention the awesome double-sided rebel saboteur cards, well done FFG!!!
Edited by jonnydWould love those damage tracker sheets. Might have to buy some off of E-bay someday.
I would have much preferred tokens of some sort over the damage tracker sheets, which I will likely not use.
I agree. Tokens seem more useful to more people.
I still don't love the double sided cards. The art is cool, though.

on the one hand, I like that it means they'll be distributed faster, on the other hand, it's gunna mess with my sleeve/organization game.
Too bad no acrylic tokens. I really like those and need more for Hidden/Bleed/Weaken.
Alternatively, they could just do more acrylic damage tokens since everyone needs damage tokens and they were in the first skirmish kit in small quantities.

The organization bit doesn't bother me too much, though I know that feel. As someone who mainly plays campaign, having the art on both sides messes with my open group mojo.

Did they make acrylic bleed tokens? I only remember seeing damage, stun, and focus.
to my knowledge, the acrylic tokens that exist so far are focus, stun, terminal, neutral objective, activation, and damage. I think that's it for now.

Ah, I forgot about terminals. Weird that I also forgot about neutral objective, since I just got some last weekend at a store tourney! I don't think I've ever even seen the activation token acrylics... where were they given out?

Not sure. Nationals perhaps? I don't remember. I don't have any. those were before my time lol
The activation tokens were given out at Nationals events last year.
That is awesome artwork for Kayn Somos. If I played Skirmish tournaments, I'd go for the chance to get that.
How much do these seasonal kits usually cost? My LGS basically told me as long as I cover the cost on it, he will order it for me even if its just me and one other person wanting to play. But they aren't willing to put up the money, tried it once last year and nobody came out so unfortunately they are done. ![]()

~$25, I think.
I have only been to one of first season's Spring Kit Events and wasn't able to get enough damage Tokens on eBay. Therefore I didn't even really start to collect the acrylic tokens. All of them went straight to eBay.
By the way: I really like the cardboard tokens. And because I have 4 cores, I have plenty of them. Therefore, I never really felt that I'd need a replacement for them.
But I really love, what FFG is doing now. The challenge coins are cooler than the medals were, the damage tracker sheets provide something completely new and are helpful for sure (I hate tokens on the table for various reasons), And I'm sure, that soon I will own 6 copies of the double-sided cards to put them into sleeves together with the original cards, so none of the mentioned problems will arise for me.
