This is a list I hope to run in a tournament when the cards are all available but I'm split between these three choices
When making a list, especially for tournaments, is it important to go for the bid or for the extra fire power/defense?
Initiative bids are very important for ships that count on them for an information advantage when maneuvering (like the TIE Interceptor), and for ships with important "after attacking" effects (like the Phantom). You don't have that here, so I wouldn't make an initiative bid.
Hera should absolutely get VI over Adaptability. Putting her at PS8 doesn't really help against the likes of Soontir, but PS9 absolutely does.
Poe also has an argument for VI, which puts him at 10. If anything, I'd consider putting Adaptability on Wedge instead of VI. That also puts him at PS10, which puts him at or above the same level as everyone but VI Han, Vader and Dengar.
That would put you at 97 points. You could then also consider changing the Navigator on Hera for Crewbacca, which is a huge boost to her durability.
EDIT: For that matter, I'd put R2-D2 on Poe over R5-P9, as R2 is a more reliable regen source during turns when Poe would be blocked, stressed, or wants to spend the focus token to ensure a solid roll.

In large tournaments, if I have a high PS list, the initiative bid is very important to me. I like to know going in that even if there aren't any matching PS, I can then choose the first rock placement which is critical for my planning.
Thanks guys
I think I'm gonna run the list with no adapt and all veteran instincts
I still want wedge to have an almost
Guaranteed shooting first
I'm almost tempted to switch Autothrusters with intergeated and change r5 to r2d2 for Poe just to give him that consistency and have the ps bid at 97 so that I still go before a Sith Lords list instead of still having that up in the air
I'm pretty sure neither Hera or any of the Ghost pilots can take an EPT. So, your problem may solve itself, no VI or adaptability on Hera.

Attack Shuttle Hera Does

That makes so much more sense now. Totally missed that you were using the shuttle. ![]()

Lol I couldn't fit the Ghost into this mess lol
You see, I go for a bunch of low pilot skill bomb droppers, and my opponent wasted a bunch of points on Veteran instincts and initiative bids.
Instead of Arc dodging, they have to plan every maneuver not knowing if I'm going to drop a bomb or not. Pilot skill and initiative bids is no substitute for good maneuver planning.

Well thats why I have a high PS Hera lol she's would laugh at the bombers
But I do agree, lists are only half the game flying well is the other half. But I play enough with Wedge and Poe that I can fly them pretty well. Hera I haven't gotten my hands on yet
