Have you *seen Dual Banthas???
Yeah, it was the only list to not win a single game in the tournament last Saturday.

Can you find a rules reference for that?
I looked and can't actually find anything specifying terminology for "dice".
IIRC it's implied if not outright specified in the Learn to Play booklet.
I thought Lando's ability meant type and it was just a "Pick which dice you like better, rerolled or post reroll". Turning a luck base dice game into your choice win/win (Like any good gambler would)
As I stated here, picking the same dice colour is usual for something. Though the actual ability is even more useful that you can pick a new dice colour and then choose between probably (hopefully) widely different results.
The choosing between thing doesn't actually happen.
Going through an example of Lando using his ability:

Going through an example of Lando using his ability:
- Elite Stormtrooper attacks Lando and rolls 3 damage and a surge
- Lando Rolls 2 blocks on his defense die
- Lando chooses to re-roll the his defense die
- Lando replaces the black die with a white die (fun fact, in terms of expected damage taken steps 3-4 are actually correct)
- Lando gets unlucky and rolls a blank on the white die
- Lando takes 5 damage
I believe he meant you can choose effects by which dice you pick. If you swap out for a blue, you are picking accuracy, if you swap for a yellow you are choosing surge, etc. You don't actually get to choose what results you get, you just choose which dice to provide the desired effect. Someone had also mentioned his command card earlier, which literally does let you choose your results on one dice.
Looks like Ashoka just got announced into the LCG, so does that mean IA is the only FFG product that doesn't have rebels content yet?

I dont think Armada has any yet. Unless I am forgetting a card.
Jim
Just realized: Hk's counter Lando pretty reasonably since if they re-roll his defense die then he can't (and a lot of the time it's worth them re-rolling even a bad result because the black re-roll will on average be worse than the white).

Youre correct. Nothing from Rebels in Armada... yet.

I am fully expecting to see the Arquitens, Interdictor and probably the Quasar Fire in Armada very soon. The Ghost as well if they do another R&V type pack.

**** guys, why you gotta come in here and rain on the celebration like that? We just got Lando! Lets not focus on future problems.
Dont get why people are hating blaine love his figure and im glad they kept his helmet off now i can see the difference between him and the upcoming scout troopers.

Ugh, those blasted HKs and their reroll tricks....interesting point. i wonder what the rules would have to say about that in terms of who gets priority to modify dice. e.g. in x-wing the owner of the dice gets final modification.
I'm betting the next IA expansion has some Rebels element. I feel like Rebels and TFA could play a bigger role in the third and/or fourth quarter.

It really doesn't matter. The HKs don't stop Lando's ability. Lando's ability only cares that you are rerolling, not which player caused the reroll.
Gambit: Before you reroll a die, you may replace it with another die of the same type. After rolling, the new die is considered rerolled.

Shouldnt we first get endor ?

Following the pattern so far, we'll get Jabba's Palace next and then Endor.
I am really looking forward to Rebels in IA because my family and I love them; that and it's always fun to watch the non-canon EU purists throw tantrums.

Ya, **** people for having a different opinion than you, huh?
When the reactions are hilariously childish? Sure, why not.

Because picking fights isn't childish?
You guys call me a troll for having a different opinion than the majority... and yet here you guys are calling the minority childish and having tantrums.

They are trolling you, man. Trolling: Saying provocative things to provoke strong emotions.
Its classic. Dont give them the payoff.

I have no problem with your opinion. I just don't like your aggressive behavior.
I don't see any trolling here. I personally hate "Trolling" it's an active way to punish people for caring, and instead promote them to Apathy. It's also often used as a way for someone to pretend they are apathetic and then berate someone for caring after the "troll" obviously cared in the first place.
Don't be apathetic, apathy is disgusting. Care about things, I see a lot of people on here who care. Patrick cares about old EU and the imperials, while others care about the new Canon and Mercs, and then there's those weird Rebel guys... I dunno about them.
Different opinions are good, but don't attack others for their opinions. I will say that in the new age of Star Wars you might need to accept that the old EU won't be represented in most any content and have to find a way to be okay with that, I hope.

I'm not a regular here. I don't know who you are. But yes, when someone makes a comment that provokes a multi thread rant, it can be pretty entertaining.
Martyr complexes over disagreements is a bit childish.

Bingo.
