Hey folks,i have been interested in this game for a while and recently desided to buy it ,but then i saw that they were revamping the rules a bit.

So my question is this, should i buy the game now or wait til the new rules are done, because they might change components or revise things in the box to reflect the rule changes?

I believe they already stated that the new 2.0 rules will be 100% compatable with the current components. They are going to release a new rulebook.

I suspect they might also release a small "Upgrade Pack" with new tokens or something, hope they include all the bonus tokens and bonus scenarios in it if they do it.

go ahead and but it, enjoy the game, the rules will still be ok with the the game so most likely nothing major, just a bit of re vamping and speeding things up

As far as I know, they have said the new rules will be compatible with existing components, but haven't said anything about new components. If they make new components as well, I'm sure there will be an upgrade pack like they did with Talisman. If not, the rulebook will be available online and probably as a separate purchase too.

I say go for it, its a great game. The rules in place now are fun anyway. You'll be able to get the new rules later.
