Ok so i just watched this report:

and after first round of shooting after he relocate the y imperial player uses Ruthlessness to deal 1 dmg to Z95. Ok here is clear cause z was in R1 of Y before shooting but another thing comes into my mind:

Before shooting ship A and ship B are in R2.

I shoot with Tracktor Beam, hit and relocate ship A into R1 of ship B.

Can i now use Ruthlessness?

Now im stuck cause ruthlessness says "after attack", but when we do exacly move the ship from TB? After it gets token. And when do we put a token? After attack hits. Or is movig a ship still part of attacking?

Ruthlessness would work after the attack has concluded; the token and movement happen during the attack, so unless something unexpected happens, Ruthlessness would work if you TBed a ship, moved it into range one of another, the second would be a viable target for Ruthlessness.
