My semi-L FGS is on the list, so it looks like if I've got the guts my first tourney will be a regional lol

Ah. US so far.
Still waitin'.
Sweet, we got one!
Come to San Antonio and DESPAIR!! ![]()
Looks like a 4+ hour drive for any that I can go to from Philly. Oh well, maybe the Wife wants to see Manhattan while I play out in the depths of Long Island.
Looks like I will be running the one in Vancouver, WA.
Might have to make the trip up to Tacoma so I can play in one too!

Well we got one at FFG. I'm also considering the reasonable drive to Fargo.
I just want to say how much I respect that the dude who just posted a thread about how he literally just started Armada is now the one posting about regionals.
Audio Weasel - you are truly a weasel among admirals. I salute you.
Audio Weasal is the man. Love seeing him in the chat of our streams
Unfortunately, I can't make the one closest to me as it's on Memorial Day Weekend. But rest assured, road tripping will happen!
I'm feeling quite spoiled this year - one of my FLGSes got both Armada and Xwing.
I'll be going to the one in Phoenix!
Looks like I'm spending my 30th birthday traveling for Armada. Closest thing to me is 3 hours away, next closest is FFG at 6ish hours. Oh well, I wouldn't do it if I didn't love it.

That's the kind of spirit I want to see on the other side of the table from me...win, lose or draw.
Come to indy! We just had a huge 40+ player event and it was fun as heck! Tons of space! ![]()
I will be hitting the Indy, Louisville and Ohio ones.... SO NICE being in the center of the country! heheh... (oh, and having a wonderful wife!) ...ya know, in case she is reading this... ![]()
Y'all're gonna make me blush

Come up for the New York one - you can take the Acela up here from DC (I take it the other way for work at times) and it's a super easy trip to the city since you get to chill with wifi and comfortable seats on the train.
Then we can shame some of your fellow podcasters WHO ARE MAYBE ALREADY IN NY STATE AND TRYING TO WEASEL OUT into attending.
Y'all're gonna make me blush
And nobody has even said anything about what the Flesh Star Destroyer is going to do to you.
Edited by ReinholtGood thing I'm not foaming at the mouth to go beyond the store level. I can drive the 5 hours to Pittsburgh (I mean Primanti Bros sandwiches are nearly enough to convince me to go) or nearly 4 hours to Long Island.
12 hours to Tacoma, 14 hours to Vancouver...
... and a 2 month leadup to get paperwork to cross the border in the meantime...
Urgh.
Here's hoping Lion Rampant don't take too long getting the Canadian list out.

I used to make the road trip from Vancouver to Calgary with friends for Warhammer GTs. Been meaning to get back there someday. It's a ridiculously long drive, but I always had fun.
Anybody have intel about Giga-Bites in Marietta? I would ABSOLUTELY love to travel again to Indy (and still might!) but Marietta is about 4 hours closer...

Which Vancouver? Real Vancouver or Vancouver, WA? ![]()
On another note - where are people learning about this news?
When I surf on over to the FFG news page, I don't see anything for Organized Play. Also, when I go to Products > Star Wars > Armada > the top news item is from February 2nd talking about the spring tournament kits.

The news page updates at different speeds for different people... I don't have it updated on my computer, but our main X-Wing Organiser got it, and it is updated on my Wife's computer, for some wierd reason
And I was referring to Vancouver, WA... Real Vancouver would only be about 8 hours away...
Hmmm... now that I look at it, the domain on the link is drafts.fantasyflightgames.com. Makes me wonder if this is a prerelease thing or something?

Better be a lot of you showing up for the Monroeville, PA Store Championship.
