I have been running this list for a while and just wanted opinions or possible tweaks.
It has performed reasonably well, though I am not very talented at flying Poe.

Personally, I would drop the stress hog. You could pick up 2 Talas to get above Predator and to fire before all of the Gold Squadrons out there or with all of the Grey Squadrons. You could drop R3-A2 to bump up to Grey for the same reasons. Or, you could pick up 2 Bandits, and throw a 2-3 point Crew on Miranda like C-3PO, Recon Specialist, Tactician...
Just some possible adjustments. Let us know how your list works out for you.

Standard list, seen a lot of times. It can be good if you fly it well. 
Why not use the R5-P9 on Poe instead? I would change R2-D2 to the R5-P9 and change VI to predator imo, but in the end the upgrades have to fit your style but keeping a focus is easy on Poe and it lets you have movement while recharging and since you have points i prefer predator but VI is great too...
I won a store championship using something similar, but miranda had tactician and poe had r5p9, really comes down to preference and practice. Finding ways to keep miranda alive will go a long way for you. Remember you're defensive so keeping your ships alive matters, think about living not shooting.
So far I have been "boost happy" with Poe and I think that has been my short coming. I may switch to R5P9 to force myself to focus more, and getting tactician on Miranda would be a nice addition.
