I can see Weapons Guidance being worth 2 points- on a ship that has multiple munitions slots.

Imagine a B-Wing that trades it's System Slot for a Tech slot. You roll with Plasma Torpedoes + Extra Munitions. Top that off with Weapon's Guidance + Guidance Chimps, and as long as you have a TL (to fire the torp) + a Focus Token, you get a hit and a crit _even if you roll all blanks_.

It's even better if you get a pair of Concussion Missiles, as you would be guaranteed 2 hits + 1 crit no matter your actual roll.

If it only applied to munitions, I would say it's a bit underwhelming. But as it stands, it offers a powerful bit of offensive die modification. It's just waiting for the right ship to make use of it.

I wouldn't mess too much with Enhanced Scopes for now - its a perfect minelayer's system - tho so far only the only bomber that can use it is the punisher (and aggressor kinda). It's one of those upgrades that just doesn't have the right ship to pair with yet.
