I have thought of Wired on Zeta instead and putting a stealth device on OL.

Wampa without palpatine is not very scary, but may attract some attention based on reputation alone.

Omega Leader doesn't really need stealth device. Its 'nice to have' but he gets by fine without it. Either Wired or Juke are both decent options on Zeta Leader. The only real advantage Wired offers here is at 99 points you can choose initiative more often (against people with no bid). If that's not meaningful to you though, don't worry about it.
