The concealment holster says it's restricted to holdouts and light blasters, but those are energy weapons. What do people think of including slugthrower pistols in that, and, if so, which ones?

Derringers were traditional, and light autopistols (Walther PPK, CZ-50, Colt Detective Special .38) are routinely carried concealed in the modern world, so their in-game equivalents should be fine.

There's lots of space not yet filled in the arsenal... The question I ask myself is "Is it bigger than a medium sized paperback book?" as that's about what I've been able to find out people have had concealed. With the right rig and attire, even a Desert Eagle can be concealed.

We're talking about a holster specifically designed to hide small hand guns, though. So any slugthrowers whose descriptions mention how diminutive/compact they are, or ones that mention how easy they are to conceal—those are the guns I'd allow to gain the concealed holster's benefits.

I'd generally say no, as the slugthrower pistol description doesn't lend itself to being a small-caliber handgun of the sorts that aramis listed out. To me at least, the one in the core rulebook seems more akin something in a 9mm or .45 caliber. We likely haven't seen much in the way of "small caliber" slugthrowers as most PCs are going to default to blasters.

That being said, if the default slugthrower pistol were modified to be more concealable (such as the shortened barrel attachment, or filed front sight attachment that's been modified to make it easier to conceal), then I'd say it could be used with a concealed holster no problem.

The slugthrowers I'd currently allow to be hidden in the concealment holster are the Vrelt Autopistol from Suns of Fortune (noted for how easy it can be concealed, and the small size of its rounds...and also named after a rodent) and the Stealth-2VX Palm Shooter from Lords of Nal Hutta (imposes 2 Setbacks to find it on a person's body). These two guns seem analogous to the light blaster pistol and the holdout blaster, respectively.

I also really like Dono's suggestion about the Shortened Barrel attachment as well. That is totally fitting...shorten the barrel on that flechette pistol, and there you go, it fits in the holster.

9mm and .45 rounds are not that large. The Walther PPK is a 9mm hand gun that is easily concealable and there are Derringers that are chambered in .45. Keep in mind that the size of the round doesn't necessarily mean that the weapon itself is large.

I don't think it makes sense to put this weapon into a holster. So from a fluff-perspective I'd say this particular weapon doesn't stack, ruleswise there is imo nothing speaking against it, since in reality it is also untrue that one holster fits all guns, and a secret compartement will make concealing the palm blaster even easier.

Yeah, it's gonna be a judgement call. I think, though, that any good holster is going to be weapon-specific. You're not going to want to use an oversized holster—designed for, say, a heavy blaster pistol—to carry around a holdout blaster. You'll get a holster that fits your gun, in general.

Same thing applies here; possibly even moreso: since the concealed holster is supposed to be low-profile, it's most productive to streamline its mass by fitting it to a specific weapon. So, you purchase/design an apparatus that is specifically built to handle your chosen weapon. The less bulk, the better.

Adding on to that. There are different types of Holsters made for different areas. Examples: Inside the Waist, Ankle, Pocket, Thigh (Under a skirt / robe), and 511 style shirt Holster . While most of these won't effect game mechanics, but it could be a narrative change as how the character would draw the weapon from holster.
