Has staying power, can control lists that need to be kept where you want them, escort other lists off the board and enough firepower to not use the cannons if I want too.

Tempted to try it out, love defenders with cannon so could last longer and one more ship for the points

Well it's a mixed bag, 2-2 at stores.

beat Corran, stress hog 2xtala with it, lost to chewie and 2xtlts then lost to fat han and miranda, if rolled 1 more hit at key time han would have gone off the ooard ion'd though

If you know how to fly can be nice, but vs Soontir, Vader and such can be hard. Brobots could tare this apart with HLC too.

But if it works for you , fly it.

B wings + Ion is like a burguer + chips... A simple and good option. Perhaps better if you fly 2 of these, not full 100 pts. 50 pts B wings plus 50 pts elsewhere is a very solid starting point
