I think a couple of these have been made, as these look a little different than ones I've seen in the past. It's definitely something that catches the eye and imagination, though I don't know how I would ever be able to store one.

In addition to the one in the link, there is one over at talismanisland in the " features " section by a group called spaceclown studios based on the 3rd edition board. Very hard to store the board. tipped up on it's side with a big sheet over it for the time being waiting for me to finish a few things and then add them.
