I'm very new to imperial assault but learning about skirmish mode has me excited to try it out. I'm going with rebels to start with. So far I have the core set, Han, Chewie, Leia, R2/C3PO, alliance smuggler and rebel saboteurs.

What does this community suggest I go with to strengthen my rebel team options. I'm thinking 1 more rebel saboteurs as most lists I've seen have at least 2 groups in them but what about more alliance smugglers?

Any reason to buy Merc or Imps for command cards that the rebs use?

I really enjoy Elite Echo Base troopers. Red dice option with +2 damage surge makes them hit with some gusto and having 2hp/point cost is pretty efficient as well.

Echo base troopers would probably be a good expansion to pick up. They're good.

But I would also recommend just picking up whichever figures look coolest or most exciting to you. Build your collection your way.

I've been a big fan of Wookiee Warriors since they came out, but now since Elite Echo Base Troopers are the same price, they're of questionable value.

I WANT to say grab some Sabs and a set of Wookiees, but I feel I Need to say pick up some Sabs and EBTs.
