As a last resort you can try contacting cha0s over on the AGoT boards. He's played the game a couple of times and lives near by.

There's a bunch of us that play in San Jose...but that might be a little bit of a drive.

It's a little far, do you ever play on the weekends?

Due to the quickness of play sessions, we play whenever we feel like throwing down. We have yet to create a League Night at our LFGS. Sometimes we play Saturdays.

Hey Fiendish Devil - where do you play? I've got a group of 4 who throws down weekly in Sunnyvale. Love to get a Hobby League together if we could find a store to sponsor it.

If you create a league, let me know, I'll make the drive from Oakland.

We play at Game Kastle (www.gamekastle.com). I believe that we are getting league kits in, if not, I'll be asking for them to order some in. Currently there are about 5 people that play at this store (that I know of). Although I feel there are more than that as the BPs and Core Sets fly off the shelf rather quickly. If you have a specific day and time in mind, I can set up some table space, we can even make it a weekly/bi-weekly thing.

Bad days for scheduling are Wednesday and Sunday. Wednesday is crowded already and Sunday is Pokemon League which fills nearly all the table space (one of the largest leagues in the area). Saturdays are usually free as are Thursday Evenings.

I've been trying to put a league together for Invasion, but I've been busy running a Monsterpocalypse League and other stuff. The store will definitely sponsor a league.

It'd be really cool to meet up with you guys! I've got a group of 4 for sure, with the possibility of 2 others who play with us off and on. And we'd all love to play for a kit!

Tuesdays is when my crew meets to play Vs., and I'm sure we could swing by every other week. Saturdays may be a possibility as well.

I can show up at 11am as well. I am running a tournament for Monsterpocalypse at 1pm, but it isn't exactly time consuming to run events (as long as I don't participate, but I won't if we decide to meet up that day)
