Would I be better off with VI on Vader and/or Vessery? Or the tie/x7 title on Vessery to free up some points for some different upgrades?

I would suggest keeping TIE/D on Vessery if you can, the synergy there is too strong to pass up. I like the Flechette Cannon over Tractor Beam here, because given the current PS, only OL will benefit. That being said, I have been thinking of a list very similar to yours. P.S - Its just a quick brainstorm, nothing crazy.

No idea if its good or how its going to work, but adaptability on Vader provides some interesting choices in your list. Yes, it sounds counter productive to lower Vader's PS, however, that puts him in line with both Vessery and OL. Give Vessery Tractor beam and now both OL and Vader get to shoot at a target with one less agility. On the flip side, is Whisper giving you trouble? Up the PS to 10 and now you have the edge again. Not sure if its worth 'losing' a EPT, but It's growing on me.
