Any thoughts or tips?

N'Dru is there for the alpha strike. So far when I've set my sights in a ship with him I'm able to dish out 5-8 damage with his Missles and ability after that he's a distraction really. Kavils been really good at dishing out damage and surprisingly arc dodging. Guri is usually a strong fighter with predator and her ability plus the sensor jammer really messes with some of my opponents and she's hard to hit. Went 2-1 tonight with this list only lost to Vader Fel OGP Palp but took out the shuttle and got Vader and Fel to 1 hull but it was then versus Guri in the end definitely hard to catch arc in them.

The biggest problem I see is that with no initiative bid, there's not much point in taking Veteran Instincts for PS 9. Neither Kavil nor N'dru can really take advantage of it (their dials are pretty standard, no boost/BR, so you can really trick your opponent with these guys). So I don't see the value of taking PS 9 here. Anything else that is PS9 will have taken an initiative bid and will give it to you so you have to move first, defeating the benefit of VI.

Instead, I would focus on dealing as much damage as you can, in a way that your opponent is going to have trouble stopping, and just beating them up with overwhelming force. Like so:

So the plan is fairly simple. Let the enemy come into range and drop their most valuable ship to PS 0 (Mux 'em up!). Now Guri and Kavil molest it with double predator re-rolls and possible focus tokens on 3/4 dice attacks. If Mux misses with the first shot, yay! He gets a TL + Focus for his 2nd shot. Even Soontir will have to be careful about wandering into that kind of a kill zone...

The only wrinkle is that Guri does not have a turret, so you have to be very good about planning her moves. You want her to engage the enemy at the same time as your turrets, but you don't want her to get focus fired on. Losing your turrets is unfortunate if it happens, but if you lose Guri you risk losing the game. Fortunately, your turrets are so frightening, its likely your opponent will target them first anyway, but it doesn't hurt to be careful in your approach to keep Guri safe.

Also question, on Guri's ability do I get 1 focus for each event ship at range 1 or just 1 focus if at least 1 enemy is within range 1.

Just 1 focus total if you have at least one enemy ship at R1.

Edit: for your list, I would swap out N'Dru for Palob or Torkil instead.

Torkil's ability here amplifies Predator on Kavil and Guri. You can swap AdvSen and RecSpec for Sensor Jammer and Bossk if you prefer.

Palob [TLT, Bossk]

Palob's ability with Sensor Jammer is always fun. If your opponent recognizes the combo, then they won't go after Guri until Palob is dead, so you might not always get much mileage out of the combo.

Only 1 focus. Sadly. However, she'd be even more of a swarm destroyer if she got 1 for every ship.

I recently ran Guri in a SC with just Predator and Thrusters w/ two Unhinged TLT Ys and a FA Z. Went 2 and 2 (should have gone 3 and 1 but made too many mistakes in one match), which isn't bad for the much maligned Starviper. Guri just struggles against higher PS, which is normally want she'll face 70% of the time. I tended to use her as a blocker sometimes while my TLTs shot into the blocked ship. The SV makes an awesome blocker with its Boost/BR. Predator Guri is just that against PS 2 or below. My last match I had Guri left against a shield less TLT Y-wing and two Bandits with 1 missing a shield. She killed all of them in four turns. It was brutal.

I actually like your list and I don't think you need an initiative bid really. Sometimes just tying PS 9 is all you need to get that last shot in before a ship dies. Remember simultaneous fire!

Aces are the Achiles heel for Guri. Ndru ps9 & Cobra ps11 give response.

So tonight I flew the list two ways; my original way and taking VI off of Kavil and N'Dru and EU off Kavil and putting predator on Kavil and lone wolf on N'Dru. I played the modified second list against a six tie fighter swarm consisting of Wampa, Scourge, Howlrunner and 3 of the PS 4 Ties and won only losing N'Dru at the very end and winning.

After that I switched to my old list and played against my friends list he's chosen for the SC were going to. It consists of Vader with Swarm Tactics then standard from there, PS2 Advance with title and ATC and Buzzsaw Echo. This match I lost, killing the PS2 super quick but N'Drus cluster Missles failed somewhat, ended with shield less Echo and 2 hull Vader. Definitely liked both lists but gotta do more testing.

P. S. I faced the second list with directly after with another list I was debating on taking; standard 35 pt Fel with a 62 pt RAC; VI, EU, Rebel Captive, Gunner and Vader. I won in about 20 mins killing Echo in the first round of shooting.

So basically do I drop the EU from Kavil and give him Predator which frees up N'Dru to take Lone Wolf or keep VI on N'Dru with a 2 point initiative bid so his PS9 may play a little more during the game then it did before? If only guidance chips were out Id definitely do the 98 pt build. I do like everyone's suggestions but I really have no HWK experience and only one more game night before the SC in the 12th. I'm really debating between this and Fel + RAC but with TLTs around in not sure about RAC.
