You could downgrade autothrusters on red ace to integrated astromech and that gets you the points for tlt stresshog.

I agree. Even though ion stresshog is good and 1 point cheaper its not TLT stresshog. R3 double stress and 3 attacks is huge.

Alternatively, field a Y-Wing with no turret whatsoever.

Gemmer is amazing vs. TLTs... annoyingly tough to kill and might even do some damage.

Make it just a PWT with IA to work as a nasty blocker.

Why would you not take Tarn Mison??? For 25 points he cant be beat. Give him R7 and IA and he will not let you down. Since IA he has always been worth his points when ever I use him.

For 25pts if you're looking for some 'support' options here's a few even though they're rather barebones.

IF you can survive without VI on Poe here's a decent 26pts support ship.

Sure you essentially have only 2 attackers. But the Combination of JCrew + Juke + Com Relay in addition to Poe's skill turns him into quite the beatstick... you don't 'need' to spend that Evade Poe's holding if you don't need to. And Roark still gives you First Shot until he bursts into flames.

True but you're trusting dice to load him up. And it also pulls a rock away from a potentially stronger placement depending on what you're facing for the match.
