Scum list for League play (Ordnance heavy)

Week 3 of my league has a special challenge of using ordnance on your list (minimum of 8 points, get bonus raffle points for at least 12 points worth of ordnance) Instead of going with a traditional bomber list. I wanted to see the play ability of this list (had a urge to play scum for a while now). Can it work??

Ive seen or used all the ships in your list. They hit hard.

Consider swapping clusters for homing missiles on Talonbane and N'Dru. This needs the two points that you had for iniative bid. I see why you have clusters but I'll offer counter points.

Talon's ability doesn't add to clusters at R1 since they don't get range bonus die. Conversely, his extra defense at R3 does work and might keep him in play a little longer.

Clusters on N'Dru are good but he often gets obliterated before he fires them. A R3 5-dice attack that ignores evades is easier to setup.

Drea is gold with protons. The R4-B11 mech would make her shots count and offer her a way to move her TL if the target looks like it might not survive shot.

Too bad Guidance Chips aren't out yet.

What about ions on Talonbane? Let's you set up an alpha strike, or recover from the first pass of your alpha, and do it again.

I like the idea of adding ion. But what if Drea had ion torpedoes instead. That would change the way opponents flew, make Drea more of a threat (potentially drawing fire), and could pack a wollop.

Really liking the Ion idea. While I may lose out on a bit of damage it would allow me to really control how his ships would act for a turn or two.now it would come down to who would carry them???

Ended up keeping the missiles. Won my match Whipped them out with out a loss.
