3 player game, no pilot, cylon got the only Engineering skill... humans pwnt?

So I was just thinking, 3 player game, a Military Leader, a Political Leader and a Support. There is no pilot, and the Support turned out to be a cylon. Would this mean the humans are... pwnt? Only tactics, leadership and politics are available by character skill. Of course this never happened before, but what if it does happen?

Is Pegasus available? If so, fighting off attacks isn't as hard, as Prevantative Policy takes some of the bite out of jumping early. Reckless skill checks are less dangerous when there's only 1 cylon and they've revealed themselves.

Who are the characters? Consolidate Power can fill the gap for Repair cards to make sure Galactica isn't destroyed. Scouts can help avoid attacks. Strategic Planning and the odd calculations (drawn via Consolidate Power) keeps the risk of using the FTL lower.

It'll be hard, but I don't think it's unwinnable, though a lot depends on the characters. Cain's blind jump would be a great boon. Tigh's ability to share card would be really nice as well. If Pegasus isn't around, then Baltar as political leader means losing support doesn't lose all repair capabilities, and Adama is a good guy for passing skill checks and refilling his hand afterward (so those 1-point executive orders don't just go away).

i would say this is far from unwinnable. Consolidate power is good for engineering. Even without Pegasus, with some XOing and the Command and Communication locations, humans should be able to keep the Cylons at bay.

No pegasus here. So a human pair with only 3 skills can defeat a cylon swarm including the cylon player and his super crisis...

Yeah, they can. It's hard, but a lot of it comes down to which super crisis was drawn and what crisis cards come up. If you push forward as fast as you can using scouts and strategic plannings to jump early, use the nukes wisely, and work together well it can be done. If the cylon drew the attack super crisis that bumps your jump track back 3, you pull a lot of crisis cards that activate raiders or are assaults, or you consistently roll poorly when fleeing from the attacks, and thus lose 3 people per jump, it ain't gonna happen.

I wouldn't want to be the humans in that position, but it's doable. :)
