I mean.... I'm guessing it is. And here's why.

Adepticon is a month away. They are extremely likely to be announcing all their new stuff, not just because this is a big convention for them, but also this will put them past the April 1st date,, which is a really big day for FFG/Asmodee.

Now I can't guess for sure if they'll surprise everyone to the extreme extent of saying "Surprise! Wave 3 is here now and on sale!", but I am pretty sure that since they mentioned wave 4 back at worlds... that wave 3 is already in production, and has been for some time. We also know that FFG has a recent history of getting products developed in secret and having them already printed, and sitting in store warehouses without anyone knowing (X-Wing Force Awakens Core Set, I'm lookin at you!). It has also been stated that Armada is on it's own timeline and not dependent or tied to x-wing's schedule at all, so if they HAVEN'T been producing wave 3... what HAVE they been doing for the past 11 months?

So in summary, I'm expecting a Wave 3 announcement on either April 1st or April 2nd, with a release date for like May or June - WHICH would require the actual product to technically be on the boat by now.
