I started running a Bossk/IG88B list this weekend and am tempted to run it in the next Store Championship, thoughts?

I would appreciate any feedback, my only fear with this is swarms right now.
If you plan on using Push the Limit on IG, I highly suggest taking Advanced Sensors instead of Fire-Control System. This way you can do both your action before revealing your maneuver, then reveal a green and clear stress instantly. It will still leave you unpredictable on your next move since you'll be unstressed and free to do a white or red maneuver.
On Bossk, I would drop the Mangler and favor an Engine Upgrade instead. I know that Mangler seems obvious on Bossk, but I think it's actually a point trap. The main force of the YV is the 180 arc, the Mangler can only be used with your main arc. Meanwhile, an Engine Upgrade will allow you to either run away when in trouble or come back faster by doing a hard 3 followed by a boost. I would also drop the Feedback Array, the YV can go down surprisingly fast if you're not careful, no need to damage it yourself. I suggest either a Tactician to get some control (always a good choice with gunner to be able to stress 2 time in one round) or an Outlaw Tech to synergise well with Calculation, getting a Focus even when doing a Red Maneuver, like this wonderful Stationary maneuver that the YV can exploit.

If it was me, Veteran Instinct.
I really see Bossk ability as a bonus, and not something you should build around. Kinda like Brath's ability. Great when it triggers, but don't try too much to use it or you might do some mistakes you would not have done otherwise.
Another alternative that could be good Vs Aces is Crack Shot. It might help you push that Crit you naturally rolled through their defense and then inflict 2 damages.

I've taken a liking to running Bossk with Calculation, K4, Recon Spec. and a HLC. Hits like a truck with the target lock and focus as well as an extra focus for Calculation to trigger Bossk's ability.
I think when Bobba Fett Crew comes out Bossk becomes a lot more interesting!
