Hi fellas!

I wanted to shout out to all the players that showed for our big tournament in Indianapolis.

We had 43 total players day one ( several couldn't play both days, so it dropped some day two)

I really enjoyed meeting everyone that came (from as far as Omaha, Pensacola and Baltimore!) and simply had a blast all weekend long!

We had fun prizes....food....socialization...and best of all, lots and lots of ARMADA!

Sincerely, thank you all for coming. I hope to have more of these throughout the year. And, I will happily travel to your areas for tournaments and try to drag others along.

PS - Congrats to all the winners! It was a VERY CLOSE run thing for the top five spots. Ties and a point or two separating all of them.

Also, PPS - THanks to all my amazing opponents: Morgan, Everett, Jacob, Nick and MIke. You guys rock! (and thanks for taking it easy on the cripple!) hehe...

This tournament was tremendous fun.

Hats off to the gang at Family Time Games in Indy (my new home away from home game store.) What an awesome place. A true candy store for gamers.

A few things that really stood out from other tournaments:

Name tags - so great to have and makes remembering names easier (go figure).

Food - a really nice courtesy that made day one go easier.

T-shirts - a great memento I can wear to events.

Room - OMG it was so great to play with the ability to stretch out.

Prize support - EVERYBODY got great stuff.

The Birmingham crew got home safely at about 2:30 AM Central (OMG - How is Indianapolis NOT Central time ). I hope everyone that traveled did as well.

And to you too Mike! Thanks for setting this in motion!

Mike. We had an awesome time(hopefully I can speak for those who haven't chimed in yet). I loved every game I played. Even the close ties. Everyone who played was friendly and fun. Even allowing me to borrow cards due to complete idiocies of leaving my binder at home. Lol

Thank you and Shane for having us. Can't wait till regionals. :-D
