How Many Enginering points do you get in total, when you reveal a repair Command dial ???

Is it 7 Because; Dial gives 4, Token gives 2, and 1 additional for the upgrade card.

Or is it 8 Because; Upgrade card increase base engineering value to 5, so the Dial gives 5 and the Token gives 2,5 rounded up to 3.

Would like to know in advance, before I try this combo.

Upgrade adds a eng point, not to eng value*

You resolve a command only once, so you get only 1 extra point for the Eng team.

Since doing an engineering command and a token (due to Raymus), does Redemption add an engineering point for each?

No. The bonus points come when doing an Engineering Command. Whether you use the dial, the token, or both...its still only one command/action.
