I want a Rebel Admiral that lets you use one Imperial ship. Probably could only use a small or medium... bringing an ISD over would probably be too much. Can't use any Imperial upgrades or titles, either.

I kind of remember a book where there was a commander with a red ISD and small fleet who was fighting IMPs and used home build fighters made of parts of both REB and IMP fighters.
You're thinking of Booster Terrik and his "Errant Venture". I guess he had a squadron compliment of "Uglies" which are composite fighters, like a tie fighter cockpit with ywing nacelles. He came out of Stackpole's Xwing books, and was actually running an independent smuggling/exotic goods type operation out of it. Like a Talon Karrde type.

No, because you would have to take said Other Admiral to get the Gladiator and would not be able to use an Imperial title.
Has anyone else noticed all the title cards are faction specific?
