Can a B-Wing chance it's dial from a 2 straight to a 2 Koiogran or vice versa?

No. Bearings are outlined further in the Rules Reference Guide, but the short version is that every maneuver on a ship's dial has a speed (the number), a difficulty (the color), and a bearing (the symbol). Straight and Koiogran have different symbols, so they're different bearings.

Straight is one bearing, Koiogran Turn is another bearing.

The bearing is the EXACT symbol you see on your maneuver dial. The color may change but the symbol must be the same and that means that the mirror image is a different bearing.
