Yep, they are all on the same crew and work together on things all the time. Either fighting in the same space battles or hitting different objectives in the same adventure.

Since we have such a large group with players that rotate in and out on a regular basis I try to keep each adventure a one shot run so folks can move in and out of the game easily. For each session I put together two adventures with usually around 2 to 3 major scenes that can be played through in about 3 to 4 hours. I do have a pool of NPCs that the characters work with so there are some over-arching story lines, but I try to keep it simple and loose. Myself and one other person usually GMs with a couple of the other players stepping up to run a game if need be.
