I run a Han and Wedge build that I find is really fun to fly and it seems to do reasonably well. Han has MF title, PTL, EU, Kyle Katarn, and Lando. Wedge has Predator, R2D2, and a shield upgrade. The main issue seems to be Wedges' survivability. When my opponent focuses fire on Wedge he can go down pretty quick. I was thinking of switching out R2 and the shield upgrade for R2F2 and experimental interface so I can perform a regular action and still boost my agility. I generally fly pretty slow and limit Wedges' moves to green ones so the stress doesn't really worry me.......thoughts?

It doesn't really matter what you put on Wedge in a 2 ship build. His offense is too powerful to be ignored---your opponent will do anything he can to destroy Wedge as quickly as possible and there's not much you can do to stop it other than protect Wedge through fancy flying or running some blockers in front of him as interference, pair him with Biggs or a similar tactic. The choice of droid/upgrades on him is largely irrelevant.
My solution to help Wedge? Do fewer green maneuvers! Seriously, being less predictable is the best way I've found to keep him alive. My favorite Wedge so far is Stay on Target (2pt EPT), Targeting Astro (2pt Droid), and Integrated Astro (0pt Mod). This gives him much greater reaction and mobility without completely losing his action.
How often does your wedge live long enough to Regen shields? I'd suggest my favorite way to fly wedge- PTL. His offense is deadly with -1agility and R1 4 Dice focused and target locked. Pair him w/ either generic R2 for surprising greens (that 2-hard is nice) or BB-8 for pre movement PTL shenanigans to alleviate stress. You could even throw engine upgrade on there (you'd come out 2 points less compared to your build) to allow wedge to barrel roll and the boost for position or the traditional TL and Focus combo. I think you'd get several more turns firing shots with wedge before he goes down. And he will go down.
