​Only things outside of the norm in the attack phase that don't are effects that change how many dice are rolled, and effects that cancel results.

Modifying your results includes rerolling, changing and adding results.

Using focus tokens change the results, so they're no good.

Using evade tokens in defence are adding results, so they're no good

Using a target lock, upgrade or ability to make a reroll is no good as well.

So if Omega Leader has a target lock on your ship, your tokens and Guidance Chips are useless.
