If a Mynock drains 1 System Strain from a ship per day per mynock, what sort of damage should they do to a droid?

Since they are attacking a vehicle they are at the vehicle scale for damage. Use the rules for converting the damage to personal scale, so multiply it by 10. A mynock will do 10 points of strain against a droid according to RAW.

Exactly. I guess I was looking for something different in combat.

I'm right there with you hooly... the physical damage that a mynock does to a ship should be trivial but it wouldn't be trivial to a droid... i'd say just have them make brawl checks like a human
