What are some decent squad ideas I can share with a fella who is starting out.

He has the FA core and a punisher.

I was thinking of having him try something like a proxie omeha leader com,juke... A named punisher all kitted out with lord knows what ( I don't know punishers)...and then what to do with his last tie/FO.
