Store Championship list help

Looking for some help picking a list for a store championship the weekend. My play/practice time is pretty limited, so I have really had a good opportunity to test all of these. Any tips or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Out of those posted I'd go with list 3.

If you are focusing exclusively on those lists, yeah, list 3.

However, I've had fun with a modification of #3, swapping out the academy and one Omega for Carnor Jax with all the trimmings.

I like the first list, but I'd drop the torpedoes. Then you can load Guri up with a bunch of upgrades. Predator/Sensor Jammer, etc.

I like the idea of Predator on Guri Jo Jo. Really what I was trying to accomplish with him was to make him a threat at all ranges not just range 1.

Are rebel lists an option?

If not, I say fly whatever you are most comfortable with. One list might be better than another, but without time to practice, you are better off playing what you know.

Guri and Kavil want to be range 1. I see where you are going with the torps, but dont spend points trying to make a specialist a utility character. Make them a better specialist. This list is mostly action independant, so dont worry about stressbots.

Mr. Donut,

Rebels are an option, but there’s just something that feels dirty about playing them… I like your suggestions on dropping the torpedoes and rolling with the upgrades on Kavil and Guri. Especially the fire control on Guri. I think this list will do well against aces that want to be at range one. I just worry more about the TLT’s and them trying to stay at 2-3. I suppose the banana zappers would be good blockers. I don’t feel that option number 2 provides enough targets to force my opponents to split their attacks; although, it is an unexpected list that may surprise people who have built their list for anti-swarm.

Feel free to trade out pred on guri. It is a bit redundant with fire control.

Your probably thinking his primary sucks so that may help until you get that range 1 but like stated above maybe put some goodies on Guri.

She can be nasty with advanced sensors, Ptl, and autothrusters

Out of the 3 I'd go with list 3

If I may make a suggestion (don't know what you own or have access to) but why not go

2 omega leader w/ crackshot and 4 black squadron w/ crackshot

I'd would have to pick up a few more ship/cards to make that swarm list work. While I do like it, I also like the omegas with the comma and juke for the built in crack shoot every turn.
