as far as i can understand ( im just playing for the first time the game so forgive me if im wrong ) from the rules, i can :
* Craft a good or best quality item from zero via Tech USe, provided i have access to advanced workshop + materials + projects
* "Upgrade" for example an existing common quality armor to good or best quality via Trade Armorer, provided i have access to advanced workshop + materials, while in this case i dont need projects because it's a work of creativity
* "Forge" a good or best quality item from zero via Trade Armorer, provided i have access to advanced workshop + materials, while in this case i dont need projects because it's a work of creativity
Questions
1) Trade Armorer skill descriptions mentions the "upgrade" armor option : this is generallly interpreted as including the chance to rise up an existing common or lower quality armor to good or best, or it just refers to minor variations/modifications, not including rising up overall quality of an existing armor ?
2) It's possible that using TRade Armorer can sometimes configure the crime of "Tech-Heresy", since it doesnt follows project but relates to a work of creativity ?
3) Provided i have an item X of common quality ( weapon, armor, gear, whatever ) that i want to turn into a good or best quality version, which options are avliable exactly, following strictly the corebook rules ?
Thanks
