Would howl be better off with juke or crack shot? I think juke would be good to strip focus tokens, so they couldn't later be used for offense or defense. Or am I just better off focusing with howl and using crack shot?

TBH, I'd probably go Juke. Either one is viable, but with Howlrunner being target # 1, you'll likely be evading anyway. Might as well help push through the unmodified attack. At worst, they use a focus, at best, its a reusable crackshot.

The only issue I would see is if stressbots are all over your meta, and so you wouldn't be taking the evade after the first pass.

In that list, I would go crack as Soontir really needs some sort of initiative bid.

Crack on Howlrunner.

She won't live more than 2 turns of combat against a determined opponent so save some points.

Crack all the way. And spend it early because she will die.

Crack. Juke is really only solid on ships with Comm Relay, otherwise it really inhibits action economy.
