So... wait a minute

For how long exactly has there been a storefront on this site?

Have I gone to other locations to order my books this whole time when there's been a shopping cart in the corner forever?

No, it's new; it's been there maybe two or three days.

But I'd recommend supporting your local game shop if you have that option, because doing so supports both FFG and small local gaming businesses at the same time.

FFG always had a products order page. The cart is just new.

FFG always had an online store. Their shipping prices were sometimes suspect, but the option to order direct from them has always been there. The shopping cart on every page is new.

Well, I don't feel so dopish for just now spotting the cart, though I do admit to only now realizing I could have bought direct.

My Dogs has one person who shops there pushing for anything but D&D, and that's me so it's slim pickings. Usually use Amazon. BUT NO MORE, I SAY.

They had a really awesome sale around Christmas where I was able to pick up tons of WH40k books for $5 each. :)

FFG's cart predates my awareness of FFG... and I became aware of FFG, really, when I bought a copy of their then brand-new RPG, Twilight Imperium... Back in 1999. I never realized they had a supplement for it.
