I had the idea of making a list where every pilot had the ability to regen, and this is what I came up with. I figured the TLT ships fly on the outside while Poe dogfights the bigger threats.

A y-wing only has 2 green moves to pick from. He's not exactly good R2-D2 material (regening 1 shield = flying really predictable = taking more damage than you can regen)

If I were your opponent, I'd focus down that Y-Wing so fast that R2-D2 probably wouldn't proc at all. I'd consider the R2 (crew) on Miranda instead to double her shield regen rate after an unfortunate exchange.
