State of Maine: Nor'Easter Epic Tournament -- April 2, 2016 @ Crossroad Games in STANDISH, MAINE

Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Maine is proud to announce: The Nor'Easter Epic Tournament to be held on April 2, 2016 at Crossroad Games in STANDISH, MAINE (Live in New Hampshire or Massachusetts? Google Map it, it's really not that far away!)

Players are asked to submit 300 points squadron lists that include at least one Epic Ship (sorry, no Scum & Villainy lists will be accepted). Round 1 will begin promptly at 10am - dials down by 10:15 am, plan accordingly. It is asked that players submit their squadron lists via [email protected] prior to April 2nd. Please come prepared for a casually-competitive environment. Please have at least read the Epic Play rules before arriving, thank you. Domino's delivers and there's two places on the intersection for additional food options.

Don't have Epic Ships? Up for loan for the day (first-come first-serve by [email protected] e-mail reservation): 2x GR-75, 1x CR-90, and 1x Imperial Raider.

PRIZE SUPPORT AS FOLLOWS:

FIRST PLACE: 2014 & 2015 Tourney Kit Medallions, Darth Vader & Han Solo FFG Official Alternative Art Cards, one dice bag from each kit, 5x Acrylic Cloak Tokens, and 5x Acrylic Extra Munitions Tokens.

SECOND PLACE: Darth Vader & Han Solo FFG Official Alternative Art Cards, one dice bag from each kit, 5x Acrylic Cloak Tokens, and 5x Acrylic Extra Munitions Tokens.

THIRD & FOURTH PLACE: One dice bag from each kit, 5x Acrylic Cloak Tokens, and 5x Acrylic Extra Munitions Tokens.

TOP 16 PARTICIPANTS: FFG Official Alternative Art Scimitar Squadron Pilot and Gunner Upgrade cards. Also: A little something as a "Thanks for Playing!" from Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Maine... (to be announced on our Facebook page in the coming weeks)

ROUNDS:

These are by house rules for this event, not as written in FFG material.

Less than eight (8) players: Three rounds of Swiss timed at 180 minutes (3 hours).

Eight (8) or more players but less than sixteen (16): Four rounds of Swiss timed at 120 minutes (2 hours).

Sixteen (16) or more players: Four rounds of Swiss timed at 120 minutes (2 hours) then cut to top 4 with continued 120 minute time limit.
