Wanted some help from the forum in dealing with 2 K-wings (Firebirds), that is what the pilot calls his build.

One has Miranda, TLT, bombs, missle loadouts

Two has Esege, TLT, bombs, torpedoes

Who would you target first? Why? I have not played against this list but many have in my league have with very little success. All advice and knowledge is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Esege can't regen. I'd try to drop him ASAP so I could go from 2 threats to 1.

Would you joust him right out the gate? I have a 2 B-Wing (Blues, naked), with Poe R5-P9.

I'd go for Esege first as well, for the reasons stated. If you can tweak your list, consider trying to put an Ion Cannon in somewhere. That would hurt this list very badly, as the Ks are easy to hit. The Ion mostly shuts down Advanced Slam, and hurts the Bomb drop. It also helps vs regen because Miranda can't flee fire as well.
