And Asmodee/FFG licensed the Star Wars property from Disney (well, originally from Lucasfilm, which then became part of Disney). There's no ownership stake between FFG and Disney.

Asmodee tell to FFG what to do and Disney tell to anybody using Star Wars IP what to do.
