So I've downloaded the jar file from afewmaneuvers.com but my computer doesn't seem to have any program to open it and I haven't been able to find an answer on a few google searches. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to solve it?

There's no list building option right now. You can build it using http://xwing-builder.co.uk/and add the list ID to the player so it gets imported to listjuggler when you upload it.
