The US has been getting a ton of nature-related issues this winter, which may be delaying their distribution.

Considering that last week passed without anything changing status from "On the Boat" to "Now Shipping," I can only assume something got horribly borked. They normally have at least some sort of new product on its way out to stores, even if it's just a reprint.

CA has not had a dock worker strike in a very long time. Management has prevented dock workers from working, however. A lockout is when owners try to get workers to starve slowly by trying to get them to starve quickly. Management wins the fight when people yell at laborers to "get back to work"- which they can only do by accepting pay/conditions that are not great. Part of the way management can win is by outsiders confusing a "lockout" with a "strike". If one side is using confusion and obfuscation as a tactic, I'm going to be leaning to the other side, personally.

I think the Asmodee is a big part of it. I know the coolstuff preorders are more expensive than the comparable ships in stock at their retail location, standard size small ships being ~$2 cheaper than the TAP preorder.

America was founded by all of the intolerant pricks that got kick out of the rest of the world. So everyone that matters knows loki_tbc is right on this one.

They did a preview of Worlds of Android today saying it's on its way to retailers now. It was on the boat on 11/3 and still shows as on the boat. Rebellion was on the boat on 1/28 and has been officially announced as a 3/31 release. Wave 8 was on the boat on 12/16 so based on those other two products sandwiched around it it's safe to say that Wave 8 will be in our hands by late May.

I was just screwing around but honestly in today's political climate over here Intolerance TRUMPS all (apparently).

As far as the timeframe goes....it's getting to the point where the opportunity cost of the pre-order from CSI is more than I'm willing to accept. I bought 2 of everything and 3 of the smaller ships. No reason to keep that money tied up for another month or two (not with so much other crap I'd rather buy now...)
