Small report from another Atlanta Store championship

Area 52 in oakwood this time. 18 players, 4 rounds, cut to top 4.

1- Sam Talley: 3 black squad, crackshot, 2 omega squad, crackshot, howlrunner, crackshot

2- Nick white (me): wedge, BB-8, IA, Jake, VI, crackshot, prockets, AT, title, Miranda, TLT, tactician

3- Daniel Luh: 2 b-wings, y-wing, a-wing, z-95 (unaware of upgrades)

4: Jake C: kavil, VI, blaster turret, R4, palob, predator, TLT, guri, PTL, sensor jammer, AT, title

I went undefeated through Swiss, first seed entering the cut. Lost to the crackshot swarm in the final (his third win this season, and 4th against me personally in tournament play) but the bye fell to me regardless, so I wasn't too broken up about it.

A player unaware of upgrades makes it into 3rd? *salutes*

Also it warms my heart to see A-wings in the top 4, and imps took first, meaning they aren't close to being as underpowered as they are made out to be on the forums...
