Dual Bounty Hunters + which ace?

Looking at one of the following lists. Also, I've never seen omega leader flown. What tactics do you use with it?

The problem with the 2nd list is no initiative bid. So unless you are a boss with Fel, it could get tricky vs other PS9 aces

Your 1st list looks solid though.

So I am probably going to start flying list #1.

But I still need some advice as to how to fly Omega Leader. Do you fly it as a true flanker as Fel? I don't think I'd want to joust with it, unless it's behind both firesprays. If it's best tactic is kind of a hybrid of the two, how do you start its movement in a game? And do you focus on aces first?
