I have Grey ker of conversion kit version ,

His ability ：

If you perform only 1 action on your turn, then later this round you may take a second turn, during which you receive only 1 action. Your second turn must be taken after a hero's turn and before the overlord's turn.

When I use this ability and take his second turn , will he recover his hero skill ？

It is still his 1 turn in this round (hero and OL). So his cards also wouldn't refresh. Just after he has used his first action (and possibly using fatigue to move etc.) he can suspend his turn and resume it later. The news section also mentioned an example. Ker using his first action to open a door. Suspend his turn so that a stronger hero kan kill the monster inside, after which Ker moves in, or searches.
