Expert Handling actually has been making an appearance locally. And if Guidance Chips makes ordnance as effective as some folks think it will, Expert Handling might compete with PTL to be the arc-dodger's friend.

Omega Leader doesn't "cancel" evade tokens at all. The target locked defender just can't use them as they are adding results. This means that if they have an evade token, it will still be available for an attack from someone else.
