Glitterstim and Guidance Chips

By Bwadswor, in X-Wing Rules Questions

1 - When you use Glitter do I have to choose to use it for either defense or offense, or can I use it for both?

2 - If I were to use Guidance Chips with Cluster Missiles, do I get change 1 die for each part of the attack, or do I just get to change 1 die for both of the attacks?

The Idea...

N'dru - Lone Wolf/Cluster Missile/Glitterstim/Guidiance Chips

1. Glitterstim is a lasting effect so you would get the benefits when attacking and defending, so both.

2. Guidance Chips is "once per round", so the second attack with the Cluster Missiles would be without the Guidance Chips.

And yes, from experience that is 25 points well spent.

Thank you all.
