I want a book that is only dedicated to endeavors, say 100 different endeavors that give intricate fluffy details and even with some special sub-system mechanics now and again. But mainly a nice thick book that gives cleaverly crafted and fleshed out endeavors that could fill up an entire campaign without ever requiring the GM or players to ever need to be creative! I'd pay for that!
