Two different version of the idea to stick Cirdan and Narya into a Gondor deck:

Nice decks, I'd love to hear how they fare against a quest.
My only suggestion might be that it could do with a bit of card draw. Valiant sacrifice would work well with the top deck, ancient mathom might be the ticket with the second.
Or were you thinking of pairing them with something else?
Well as I said, I tried out my initial build (before dividing it into the two different versions) against Three Trials and won. Defence was a bit of an issue, but questing and attack were fine once I got going.
Cirdan is pretty good for card draw by himself, and I'm less concerned about it in version 1 because I should thin down my deck with A Very Good Tale, and the allies are the most important thing. For the second it's more significant so I probably will sub some in as I said. Though Sneak Attack Gandalf does help cover the deficiency a little bit already.
Congrats on winning against the Three Trials with the ally hate present in that quest!
Haven't tried Cirdan myself yet, just ordered expansion off amazon, he may well supply enough card draw by himself. Though I always like to pack more than less.
Gandalf is so solid as a backup plan for draw and threat reduction. What a fantastic card.
Happy gaming
After attempting to build a Gondor deck (and having limited luck) I built a variation on your Version 1 deck (since I've got 1 starter set). It seems to me that CIrdan would be a really good fit for this deck.
Cirdan is a great card for a Gondor deck. Of course you lose access to Strength of Arms and many of the mono sphere stuff, but he provides excellent willpower early on as well as card draw, easily two of the major weaknesses of the Gondor trait.
