I looked into them a while ago, and it looks like the silhouette id slides in the back, behind the dial cardboard itself. It also looks like there will be plenty of ID tokens, no need to worry.

So one pack will cover most 3 ship lists, 2 packs for larger lists, and 3 packs for swarms. I am actually looking forward to these, as storing 3 or more of these and then being able to get rid of half of every dial I already have will actually save space in my case. Beside that, I think they're classy. I might even paint some kind of scheme on mine to personalize them even more.

You can get rid of the top half of each dial and swap the maneuver half in and out of the upgraded dials as needed. Unless you are a swarm player you would rarely need more than 4 or 5 of any one faction, usually 3.

I've start using Sharpie on the cardboard edges of the dials I use, it looks great. It's time consuming but if You only do it for the lists you use it's not that big of an issue.

It only costs you a pack of Sharpies, and you can do all of your tokens too.

You can speed it up by lining up multiple tokens in a vice instead of individually

I usually fly three ships so I go for it!
