Some Rule Clarifications

By Revenian, in Imperial Assault Rules Questions

Hello,

We have been playing 3 missions so far from the Campaign and I have some rule questions which I couldn't clarify.

1- Can multiple Stuns be applied to a hero? He gets damage from 2 different sources which both apply stun like 2 Royal Guards attacking the same target.

2- The Elite Storm Troopers have an ability called Last Stand which reads "When you are defeated choose another figure in your group. That figure gets focused". Is this only valid for the remaining Storm Troopers in his group or any Imperial figure on the map?

3- The Story Mission "Under Siege" the doors are locked to the Imperial players but open to the Rebels. Can they shoot outside behind those closed doors?

4- There are 3 types of deployment points marked as Green, Yellow and Red. They all activate according to the mission progression. Once Red is for example activated from an event in the story can I use it now for my optional deployments aswell (unless stated otherwise specifically)?

Your comments would be much appreciated.

Thank You

1- No, a figure cannot be affected by multiple instances of the same condition. For example, if a figure that is already Stunned would become Stunned again for any reason, nothing happens.

2- As you have said, "in your group", which means only the group of the figure (not any figure)

3- The rebels must open it first. The door is unlocked for them (I think).

4 No, unless it is stated specifically.

Under Siege states that doors do not block movement or line of site to ADJACENT rebels. So if you are standing immediately behind a door, you can shoot through it or melee through it.

4 No, unless it is stated specifically.

So I can never deploy to a red spawn point unless is stated that it is open for Optional Deployment?

Correct. Same for blue and yellow. Only green points are open, the other colors are reserved for mission events unless the rules specifically state that the point becomes open for the remainder of the mission.

Correct. Same for blue and yellow. Only green points are open, the other colors are reserved for mission events unless the rules specifically state that the point becomes open for the remainder of the mission.

Additionally, Some deployment points have a mission event linked to them for a single deployment but never become active. Missions will specifically call out "The Deployment Point is now active".
